We provide property inspection reports for immigration purposes also known as a  accommodation certificate. This document demonstrate your accommodation meets the required standards stipulated by UKVI (United Kingdom Visa and Immigration).

 

We charge a fixed cost of £120 for Salford and appointments are available over the weekend and at short notice. Our reports are prepared by a qualified surveyor and have been accepted by UKVI. Our prices are more competitive than Salford council who charge £175.
