To obtain an immigration inspection report in Manchester, the property must meet the following standards:

The property does not share a bathroom or kitchen with another household - unless they are from the same family as the person(s) coming to the UK.

The property is owned or occupied exclusively by the sponsor/sponsor's family (the property is not suitable if it is shared with members of another family).

A copy of the current gas safety certificate from the landlord (only for rented accommodation).

The property must have a sufficient number of rooms to accommodate the current and proposed occupant(s) so the property will not become statutorily overcrowded under the Housing Act 1985.

Valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), minimum rating E (only for rented accommodation).
